It is used for treating mains water and bore water where the management of visible particulate is necessary at scale. This 5 micron model functions as an initial clarification stage.

    Achieving a significant nominal flow capacity of 76 L/Min, the cartridge handles system pressures between 100 and 900 kPa. Depth filtration is achieved through precisely wound construction, providing a complex matrix of paths for particulate retention. This architecture facilitates the reduction of sand, silt, rust, and scale particles by trapping them throughout the 4.5 inch diameter media.

    Constructed with 4.5 inch diameter and 10 inch length dimensions, the unit is specified for liquid temperatures up to 50 degrees Celsius. The result is high dirt-holding capacity due to the expanded contact area.
