It is suitable for managing suspended physical contaminants in mains water, bore water, and industrial fluids at high flow velocities. This 5 micron component functions as a primary clarification stage.

Rated for a significant nominal flow capacity of 152 L/min, the unit maintains performance within a 100 to 900 kPa pressure range. Precisely wound construction enables depth filtration, creating a vast graded matrix for particulate contact across the expanded surface area. This architecture facilitates the reduction of sand, silt, rust, and scale particles throughout the media thickness.

Measuring standard 4.5 inches in diameter and 20 inches in length, the cartridge is specified for operation in liquid environments up to 50 degrees Celsius. The result is high dirt-holding capacity by distributing the load across the 20 inch MaxiPlus internal volume.
