The standard Puretec WS601 washable screen cartridge operates as a high-flow physical pre-filter to trap coarse sediment, sand, and dirt. This inline model is designed for pump shielding, aquaculture, and first-stage filtration. It fits standard filter housings, providing an initial physical barrier on cold-water supply lines.

This washable screen cartridge is manufactured with a polypropylene core cage and a Polyethersulfone mesh screen. The external screen unscrews from the central core cage for physical washing and reuse. The unit weighs approximately 0.32 kg and is specified for temperatures from 0°C to 60°C.
