Puretec Z1-E20-BG 0.1 Micron Water Filter with Brushed Gold L-Shape Mixer Tap

Residential water filtration for high-flow kitchen applications is supported by the Z1-Tripla-Elite-20 Series brushed gold system. This integrated kit provides filtered drinking water alongside standard hot and cold services through a single L-shape mixer tap. It is specified for town water supplies where ultra-fine filtration and higher water volume are required for household use. The filter assembly is designed for compact undersink mounting and can be oriented horizontally or vertically to fit available cabinetry.

Manufactured from 100% stainless steel, the tap assembly features a brushed gold finish and an L-shape spout architecture. The filtration stage utilizes Ultra Z technology with a 0.1 micron rating to remove sediment, rust, and microbiological organisms such as bacteria. The system uses a Z1-R quick-twist replacement cartridge which allows for manual servicing without the need for specialized plumbing tools. Installation of the tap requires a 35 mm diameter hole in the benchtop or sink surface.

The Z1 filter has a nominal flow rate of 5.5 Lpm, while the Tripla Elite-20 mixer tap has a 3 Stars WELS rating and 8 Lpm tap flow rate. The system is specified for a pressure range between 200 and 520 kPa. It features separate internal fluid paths for hot, cold, and filtered water to ensure that no mixing occurs between the treated and untreated supplies. The Z1-R filtration cartridge provides a total capacity of 30,000 Litres for residential service duty. Plumbing connections are achieved through a 1/2 inch BSP inlet and 1/4 inch quick-connect tubing for the filter assembly.

The mixer tap requires a minimum working pressure of 50 kPa. Protection is provided by the quick-twist filter head which isolates the water supply automatically during the cartridge replacement process. The tap features ceramic disc technology to maintain consistent flow control and durability during standard residential operation.
