Puretec Z1-T6 0.1 Micron Water Filter with Chrome Square-Profile 3-Way Mixer Tap

Residential water filtration with contemporary tapware integration is provided by the Puretec Z1-T6 system. This package unites a three-way mixer tap with ultra-fine Z1 filtration technology to deliver hot, cold, and treated water from a single point of use. It is specified for mains and town water supplies where the removal of sediment and microbiological elements is required. The filter assembly is designed for undersink mounting and can be installed in either horizontal or vertical orientations.

Manufactured from metal components, the T6 mixer tap features a chrome finish and a square-profile spout for architectural applications. The filtration stage utilizes an Ultra Z Z1-R cartridge with a 0.1 micron rating to address fine particles, rust, and bacteria such as E. coli. The cartridge features a quick-twist design for hygienic and tool-free replacement during service intervals. Tap installation is specified for surfaces requiring a standard 33 mm diameter hole for the mixer body.

The Z1 filter has a nominal flow rate of 5.5 Lpm, while the Tripla T6 mixer tap has a 5 Stars WELS rating and 5 Lpm tap flow rate. The system operates within a pressure range of 200 to 500 kPa. It utilizes separate internal tubes for mains and filtered water to ensure that no mixing occurs between the services within the tap body. The Z1-R cartridge has a total capacity of 30,000 Litres for domestic drinking water applications. Supply connection is made via a 1/2 inch BSP tee with 1/4 inch tubing for the filtration circuit under the bench.

The filter system incorporates an automatic shut-off valve in the head assembly to isolate water flow during cartridge changes. Ceramic disc internals are used within the tap to provide stable flow control and long-term mechanical durability.
