The Reltech Platinum PLT200 is a premium Australian-made single-speed pool pump designed for residential and commercial swimming pool and spa filtration systems requiring high flow and strong circulation. As part of the Reltech Platinum Series, it is engineered for durability, quiet operation and powerful hydraulic performance, making it suitable for larger pools or systems with heaters, chlorinators, water features or in-floor cleaning systems.
Powered by a 2.0 HP single-phase motor, the PLT200 delivers high water circulation performance. Typical operating data shows the pump producing around 500 L/min at roughly 8–9 m head, enabling rapid water turnover and efficient filtration for pools up to approximately 100,000 litres.
The pump is constructed with engineering-grade thermoplastic reinforced with glass fibres and UV additives, providing strong resistance to corrosion, sunlight and harsh pool chemicals. A balanced impeller and diffuser design helps maximise hydraulic efficiency while maintaining low noise levels during operation.
For easy maintenance and installation, the PLT200 includes an extra-large leaf strainer basket with a clear inspection lid to capture debris before it reaches the impeller. The pump is supplied with self-aligning barrel unions compatible with 50 mm or 65 mm PVC plumbing, allowing quick installation or replacement in most pool filtration systems.
