Handling industrial effluent and large-scale wastewater transfer in Australian manufacturing plants requires metallurgy that prioritizes mechanical durability and energy efficiency. This manual submersible unit is configured for intensive sewage pumping where debris and suspended solids are common. Its channel impeller design provides stable pumping performance for local industrial facilities and site drainage sumps.

Powered by a 5.5 kW / 415v three-phase motor, the pumping system achieves a maximum head of up to approximately 14.7 m and provides a flow capacity of up to approximately 2100 L/Min. This induction motor is rated for continuous duty and maintains a 12 Amps current draw through a 100 mm discharge bore. The Direct on Line starting method ensures immediate activation and consistent discharge performance for demanding Aussie industrial dewatering.

The unit features a shrouded single-channel impeller that facilitates 80 mm solids passage, ensuring that large particles move through the pump casing without obstruction. The wide hydraulic passage allows solids to pass freely, reducing the likelihood of blockage in sewage applications. This hydraulic arrangement is ideal for liquids bearing suspended solids, as the shrouded configuration prevents debris from clogging the flow path.

Structural integrity is maintained through a gray cast iron body, with a 420 stainless steel shaft and Insulation Class F motor for high-temperature durability. Sealing is ensured by dual mechanical seals with silicon carbide faces, isolated in an oil chamber with a proprietary Oil Lifter. Protection is reinforced by a circle thermal protector built into the motor housing and an anti-wicking cable entry that shields the motor from moisture.

    FEATURES

    • Gray cast iron casing and motor frame provide superior durability in Australian industrial wastewater service.
    • Shrouded single-channel impeller allows for a wide 80 mm solids passage, minimizing clogging from fibrous debris.
    • Insulation Class F motor rating ensures stable operation during intensive, continuous Aussie drainage cycles.
    • Double-face mechanical seals with silicon carbide faces offer high-grade protection against abrasive particles.
    • Proprietary Oil Lifter technology keeps the mechanical seal faces lubricated even if the oil level falls to low levels.
    • Circle thermal protector built into the motor housing proactively interrupts the circuit during thermal overload.
    • Anti-wicking cable entry block prevents moisture from wicking into the motor housing through the power cable.
    • Optional guide rail fitting system allows for easy maintenance without the need to enter the Australian sump.
