Designed for the most rigorous industrial wastewater environments, the Tsurumi 100C222-CR is a heavy-duty submersible pump capable of handling aggressive effluents. This unit is frequently utilized in large-scale factory drainage and municipal treatment facilities where continuous processing of solids-laden liquids is required. Its robust architecture is specifically tailored to mitigate the effects of abrasive wear and prevent blockages.

This high-capacity model is driven by a 22 kW motor operating on a 415 V three-phase electrical system, drawing 38.8 Amps. It achieves an impressive maximum head of approximately 64 m and delivers a maximum flow rate of approximately 1698 L/Min. These powerful hydraulic characteristics allow the pump to manage substantial volumes of industrial wastewater and overcome extreme vertical lift challenges.

The pump's excellent solids handling is facilitated by an advanced cutting mechanism. A high-chromium semi-open two-channel impeller, featuring a brazed sintered tungsten carbide alloy edge, aggressively shreds fibrous materials against a serrated suction cover. This active reduction of solid waste ensures that the processed liquid flows smoothly through the 100 mm outlet, maintaining optimal system efficiency.

To withstand harsh conditions, the pump incorporates a gray cast iron casing paired with a high-chromium cast iron impeller and suction cover, operating safely in temperatures up to 40°C. Motor protection is ensured by dual inside silicon carbide mechanical seals located in an oil chamber. The integrated oil lifter provides continuous lubrication, while the anti-wicking cable entry prevents moisture ingress.

    FEATURES

    • High-chromium cast iron impeller and suction cover deliver excellent resistance against abrasive industrial fluids.
    • Tungsten carbide alloy edge on the impeller actively shears fibrous debris to prevent internal clogging.
    • Semi-open two-channel impeller design optimizes the continuous circulation of processed wastewater.
    • Silicon carbide dual inside mechanical seals provide a reliable barrier protecting the motor components.
    • Integrated oil lifter maintains continuous lubrication to the mechanical seals under varying operational conditions.
    • Anti-wicking cable entry effectively prevents internal motor damage caused by capillary water migration.
    • Star-Delta starting configuration minimizes electrical stress during the pump's initial startup phase.
