Deployed in substantial building drainage and municipal pumping applications, the Tsurumi 100C411 is a heavy-duty submersible pump built to process challenging wastewater. This unit is designed to function seamlessly in submerged environments where the continuous transfer of sewage laden with fibrous solids is critical. Its structural integrity ensures reliable fluid management without the operational interruptions typically caused by blockages.

Powered by an 11 kW motor, the pump operates on a 415 V three-phase electrical supply and draws a rated current of 22.8 Amps. It delivers an impressive maximum flow of 2750 L/Min and achieves a maximum head of 25.8 m. These high-capacity hydraulic metrics allow the pump to effectively manage significant fluid volumes and overcome substantial vertical lifts in commercial and municipal infrastructure.

Efficient solids handling is achieved through an integrated cutting mechanism. The pump utilizes a semi-open single-channel impeller fitted with a brazed sintered tungsten carbide alloy edge. As wastewater enters, this edge shreds fibrous matter against a serrated suction cover, ensuring that the processed liquid flows smoothly through the 100 mm outlet, thereby minimizing the risk of internal clogging.

Built for longevity, the pump features a gray cast iron casing and a ductile cast iron suction cover, suitable for operating in liquids up to 40°C. Motor integrity is protected by dual inside silicon carbide mechanical seals within an oil chamber. The proprietary oil lifter ensures continuous seal lubrication, and the anti-wicking cable entry provides a robust defense against water intrusion.
