This submersible unit is designed to operate continuously in challenging environments where fibrous solids and heavy effluents are standard. Its robust construction ensures that large volumes of raw sewage are processed and transported efficiently, minimizing the need for manual intervention.

This model utilizes a 15 kW motor driven by a 415 V three-phase power source, drawing 30.5 Amps during operation. The pump is capable of generating a maximum head of approximately 28 m and delivering a maximum flow rate of approximately 2220 L/Min. These substantial performance capabilities allow it to effectively manage heavy fluid loads and overcome significant elevation changes in municipal infrastructure.

The core of its operational efficiency is a highly effective cutting mechanism. A brazed sintered tungsten carbide alloy edge on the semi-open two-channel impeller works against a serrated suction cover to shred incoming debris. This active cutting process ensures that fibrous materials are reduced to manageable sizes, allowing for uninterrupted discharge through the 100 mm outlet.

Built to withstand abrasive conditions, the pump incorporates a gray cast iron casing alongside a ductile cast iron suction cover, operating safely in liquids up to 40°C. Motor integrity is maintained by dual inside silicon carbide mechanical seals within an oil chamber. The proprietary oil lifter ensures consistent seal lubrication, and the anti-wicking cable entry protects against water infiltration.
