The Tsurumi 100C43.7 is a robust submersible cutter pump specifically designed to facilitate reliable sewage transfer in demanding municipal and commercial environments. Designed for continuous submerged operation, this unit effectively manages raw sewage and wastewater containing fibrous materials. Equipped with a 3.7 kW motor, this model operates on a 415 V three-phase electrical supply, drawing a rated current of 7.7 Amps. It achieves a maximum flow rate of 1700 L/Min and reaches a maximum head of 16 m. A highly efficient cutting mechanism is central to the pump's performance. The semi-open single-channel impeller features a brazed sintered tungsten carbide alloy edge that actively shears fibrous debris against a serrated ductile cast iron suction cover. Constructed from gray cast iron with a ductile cast iron suction cover, the pump is built to withstand liquid temperatures up to 40°C. The internal motor components are shielded by dual inside silicon carbide mechanical seals housed in an oil chamber. A built-in oil lifter maintains continuous seal lubrication, while the anti-wicking cable entry provides a watertight barrier against moisture ingress.
