This unit excels in submerged sumps where the continuous transfer of sewage laden with fibrous solids is required. This model is powered by a robust 5.5 kW motor connected to a 415 V three-phase supply, drawing 12 Amps during operation. It delivers an impressive maximum flow of 2290 L/Min and achieves a maximum head of 18.1 m. These performance metrics allow the pump to efficiently manage significant fluid volumes and overcome moderate vertical lifts in municipal and commercial infrastructure.

The fluid handling capability is optimized by a specialized cutting mechanism. A brazed sintered tungsten carbide alloy edge on the semi-open single-channel impeller works in tandem with a serrated suction cover to shred incoming debris. This active cutting process reduces fibrous materials to manageable sizes, ensuring smooth circulation and discharge through the 100 mm outlet.

Built for longevity, the pump features a gray cast iron casing and a ductile cast iron suction cover, suitable for operating in liquids up to 40°C. Motor integrity is protected by dual inside silicon carbide mechanical seals within an oil chamber. The proprietary oil lifter ensures continuous seal lubrication, and the anti-wicking cable entry provides a robust defense against water intrusion.
