The heavy-duty submersible unit remains operational in fluid temperatures up to 40°C to maintain consistent system flow for wastewater transfer. This 11 kW three-phase pump achieves a maximum flow rate of 3500 L/Min and a maximum total head of approximately 28.8 meters. The 4-pole motor is configured for Star-Delta starting as standard to manage a controlled power ramp-up at 415v. It operates with a rated current of 22.8 Amps at 50Hz while providing the torque required for a 41 mm solids passage. Steady rotational speed allows for consistent pressure delivery across varied and demanding industrial process pumping requirements.

The hydraulic assembly uses a scissor-type crushing system that shreds fibrous waste before it enters the discharge passage. Oversized solids are reduced into smaller fragments, allowing more reliable transfer while minimizing blockage during continuous operation. The advanced geometry ensures the pump can handle materials that would otherwise obstruct standard processing equipment, enhancing overall system efficiency. This hydraulic path is optimized to prevent accumulation at the impeller center, ensuring constant fluid throughput.

Gray Cast Iron JIS FC250 pump casing provides the structural strength required for continuous wastewater service and mechanical impact. Sealing and motor protection systems are incorporated to maintain long-term reliability under submerged operating conditions. Every motor winding is protected by dedicated miniature thermal sensors that signal the control panel to interrupt power during overheating events. The electrical connection is secured against moisture ingress while protecting the motor during continuous submerged service.
