This flagship high-capacity model is specifically designed for the most demanding solids shredding applications in municipal and industrial wastewater treatment. It represents a technical solution for large-scale pumping stations facing extreme fibrous waste challenges and mechanical strain. The pump is capable of continuous operation in fluid temperatures between 0 and 40°C with highest level shredding force. Its design focuses on total system uptime by preventing internal clogging which is a primary cause of pump failure.

This massive 15 kW three-phase unit provides exceptional hydraulic output with a maximum flow rate of 4000 L/Min. Utilizing a Star-Delta starting method at 415v, the 4-pole motor draws a rated current of 30.5 Amps at 50Hz. The pump reaches a peak total head of approximately 32.1 meters and maintains sufficient velocity to move shredded solids through the system. High torque availability ensures the 41 mm solids handling mechanism remains efficient during peak load conditions in wastewater processing.

The hydraulic assembly uses a scissor-type crushing system that shreds fibrous waste before it enters the discharge passage. The advanced hydraulic geometry promotes continuous solids movement through the pump, reducing blockage risks while maintaining efficient wastewater transfer in demanding applications. Internal blades reduce oversized solids into smaller fragments to allow reliable transfer through the wide hydraulic passage. This system is engineered to handle challenging waste such as aluminum cans and plastic containers without mechanical strain.

Gray Cast Iron JIS FC250 pump casing provides the strength required for continuous wastewater service and structural rigidity. Sealing and motor protection systems are incorporated to maintain long-term reliability under high-volume submerged operating conditions. Thermal protectors are embedded directly in the motor windings to provide a precise response to heat buildup. The cable entry block serves as a final defense against moisture infiltration while improving long-term protection during high-volume submerged service.

    FEATURES

    • High-torque semi-open channel impeller optimized for the most demanding industrial shredding and high-volume wastewater transfer.
    • Heart-shaped suction blade provides extreme cutting force capable of processing metal, plastic, and heavy fibrous objects.
    • Extended rotating guide eliminates central clogging by directing shredded material away from the low-pressure impeller center.
    • Star-Delta starting configuration comes standard to ensure controlled power ramp-up and motor longevity in large systems.
    • Miniature Thermal Protectors embedded in each winding provide winding-level safety against overheating and dry-running conditions.
    • Dual Silicon Carbide mechanical seals isolated in an oil chamber provide maximum resistance to abrasive fluid components.
    • Tsurumi-original Oil Lifter ensures seal face lubrication to maintain a stable shaft sealing effect during operation.
    • Anti-wicking cable entry protects motor housing from moisture and condensation caused by temperature differences and capillary action.
