Developed for professional wastewater handling, this submersible cutter pump manages untreated sewage containing problematic solids like pantyhose and adult diapers. It is intended for commercial lift stations and municipal sumps where high reliability against mechanical blockages is required. The pump thrives in liquids with high volumes of suspended waste in service environments between 0 and 40°C. Installation options include a free-standing stand set or integration with a cast iron duckfoot bend for guide rail operation.

The 3.7 kW three-phase motor is built for 415v operation at 50Hz, drawing a rated current of 8.3 Amps to support active shredding tasks. This 4-pole motor configuration achieves a maximum flow rate of 1800 L/Min and a maximum total head of approximately 18.2 meters. Performance characteristics remain stable under fluctuating head conditions to ensure consistent transfer volumes across municipal networks. Direct on Line starting provides the immediate high torque required for processing dense solid matters in aggressive fluid environments.

The hydraulic assembly uses a scissor-type crushing system that shreds fibrous waste before it enters the discharge passage. This improved crushing mechanism enables the transfer of larger fibrous waste by reducing oversized solids, maintaining reliable hydraulic performance under demanding conditions. The flow path is designed to keep solids moving efficiently through the pump to minimize internal buildup at the impeller eye. Internal vanes and blades work together to ensure that waste is processed into fine particles for easier hydraulic transfer.

Structural durability is ensured by the use of Gray Cast Iron JIS FC250 pump casing, while the cutting components are made from Ductile Cast Iron JIS FCD500. The shaft is crafted from 420 Stainless Steel and is protected by a dual inside mechanical seal running in a clean oil environment. Sealing and motor protection systems are incorporated to maintain long-term reliability under continuous submerged operating conditions. The power cable is secured with specialized entry hardware to prevent water incursion and protect the motor windings from moisture.

    FEATURES

    • Semi-open channel impeller uses dual cutting vanes to guide solids into the high-torque scissor-action shredding zone.
    • Integrated heart-shaped suction cover includes a stationary cutter blade that provides a sharp, scissor-like crushing mechanism.
    • Extended rotating guide prevents mechanical blockages by directing fibrous waste into the flow channels and discharge passage.
    • Ductile Cast Iron JIS FCD500 hydraulic components provide extreme resistance to impact from hard solid debris during processing.
    • Dual Silicon Carbide mechanical seals are isolated in a clean oil chamber to maximize wear and heat resistance.
    • Tsurumi Oil Lifter ensures consistent lubrication to seal faces regardless of the pump's current lubricant volume.
    • Integrated Circle Thermal Protector offers immediate motor circuit interruption during overheating or excessive overcurrent events.
    • Anti-wicking cable entry block protects the motor from water damage caused by capillary action or cable punctures.
