    Pairs well with

Deployed extensively in high-capacity sewage transfer and industrial wastewater treatment, the Tsurumi 150C615-CR is a heavy-duty submersible pump configured to handle aggressive fluids. Its structural design allows for continuous, reliable operation in large submerged sumps, ensuring that challenging effluents are managed effectively without frequent maintenance interruptions. The pump is built to process significant volumes of solids-laden liquids efficiently.

Powered by a robust 15 kW motor, the unit operates on a 415 V three-phase electrical supply with a rated current of 32 Amps. It delivers an impressive maximum flow of approximately 6000 L/Min and achieves a maximum head of approximately 16 m. This excellent hydraulic performance is critical for maintaining fluid transfer balances in demanding industrial and municipal pumping applications.

Efficient solids handling is achieved through an integrated cutting mechanism. The pump utilizes a semi-open two-channel impeller fitted with a brazed sintered tungsten carbide alloy edge. As wastewater enters, this edge shreds fibrous matter against a serrated suction cover, ensuring that the processed liquid flows smoothly through the 150 mm outlet, thereby minimizing the risk of internal clogging.

To combat abrasive wear, the pump features a gray cast iron casing combined with a high-chromium cast iron impeller and suction cover, suitable for temperatures up to 40°C. The motor is safeguarded by dual inside silicon carbide mechanical seals housed in a dedicated oil chamber. A built-in oil lifter guarantees continuous lubrication of the seal faces, while an anti-wicking cable entry prevents moisture ingress.

    FEATURES

    • High-chromium cast iron suction cover and impeller offer durability against abrasive industrial wastewater.
    • Integrated cutting mechanism with a tungsten carbide alloy edge efficiently shreds tough fibrous solids.
    • Semi-open two-channel impeller configuration ensures optimal fluid circulation and reduced clogging.
    • Dual inside silicon carbide mechanical seals provide a robust barrier protecting the internal motor components.
    • Oil lifter technology forcibly supplies lubricating oil to the upper seal faces for extended operational life.
    • Anti-wicking cable entry design blocks water from entering the motor via capillary action.
    • Star-Delta starting configuration minimizes electrical stress during the pump's initial startup phase.
