This submersible Channel Impeller Pump is suitable for equalization tanks, wastewater drainage, and sewage treatment systems. It operates in continuous or intermittent duty, handling raw sewage and water containing solid matter in municipal sumps. The unit is intended for complete submersion, maintaining steady drainage operations.

Hydraulic output is driven by a 15 kilowatt three-phase motor operating at 415 volts and 50Hz. The rated current is 30.5 amperes under Star-Delta starting conditions. The pump delivers a maximum head of 13 metres and a maximum flow rate of approx. 10000 L/Min, delivering water transfer across varying pressure levels.

Equipped with a shrouded two-channel impeller, this model manages solids passage with minimal clogging from fibrous materials. The solids passage dimensions are 73 by 64 millimetres for 50Hz configurations. The hydraulic design maintains high flow capacity while facilitating solids handling.

The structural frame consists of a gray cast iron pump casing, gray cast iron suction cover, and a 420 stainless steel shaft. Seal protection is provided by dual inside mechanical seals with silicon carbide faces running in a 5500 millilitres oil chamber. Each winding contains an integrated miniature thermal protector to protect against dry running.

    FEATURES

    • Watertight cable entry contains an anti-wicking block that shields the motor housing from liquid penetration.
    • Original oil lifter device maintains mechanical seal face lubrication and cooling under low oil levels.
    • Pre-lubricated double-shielded C3 ball bearings provide mechanical support for continuous shaft operation.
    • Pump frame is compatible with the TO guide rail fitting system for simplified service and inspection.
    • Auxiliary lip seal functions as a dust barrier to protect primary silicon carbide mechanical seals from wear.
    • Continuous-duty dry-type induction motor is protected with IP68 enclosure class and Class F insulation.
    • Heavy gray cast iron discharge bore features a JIS 10kg/cm2 flange connection for secure piping connection.
