    Pairs well with

This submersible pump is intended for municipal lifting stations and industrial wastewater systems. It operates in fully submerged conditions, handling unscreened sewage, storm water, and liquids containing solid matter. The system is configured for continuous or intermittent sump operations, supporting municipal water treatment infrastructure.

Operating on a three-phase power supply at 415 volts, the unit is rated at 11 kilowatts of motor output. At 50Hz, the starting method is configured for Star-Delta operation, drawing a rated current of 23 amperes. The hydraulic profile indicates a maximum head of 12 metres and a maximum flow rate of approx. 8000 L/Min.

The hydraulic design uses a shrouded two-channel impeller that facilitates the passage of solid matters. For 50Hz operation, the solids passage capability is 80 by 68 millimetres. The impeller design balances municipal fluid transport with solid-passing capability, reducing blockages.

Construction materials include a gray cast iron pump casing and suction cover, with a 420 stainless steel shaft. Sealing is managed by a double inside mechanical seal with silicon carbide faces, running in an oil chamber containing 6000 millilitres of turbine oil. Embedded miniature thermal protectors are located in each motor winding to shut off power in the event of excessive heat build-up.

    FEATURES

    • Anti-wicking cable entry system incorporates a watertight block to prevent water ingress via capillary action.
    • Tsurumi Oil Lifter device forcibly supplies lubricating oil to the mechanical seal faces even at low oil levels.
    • Permanently lubricated, deep-groove, double-shielded C3 ball bearings support the motor shaft for stable rotation.
    • Guide rail fitting system compatibility allows easy pump hoist or lowering for maintenance without sump entry.
    • Protective oil seal acts as an auxiliary dust seal to keep abrasive particles away from the mechanical seal area.
    • Continuous-duty rated dry-type induction motor features IP68 protection class and Class B electrical insulation.
    • Standard discharge connection conforms to JIS 10kg/cm2 flange specifications for secure piping installation.
