    Pairs well with

Suitable for municipal sewage and industrial wastewater treatment, the pump is engineered for liquids between 0 and 40°C. It is designed for environments requiring complete submersion and continuous-duty service in collection sumps. The configuration manages raw sewage and water carrying solid matters.

A maximum flow rate of 14000 L/Min and a maximum total head of 23.0 m define the hydraulic output of this submersible unit. Operating on a 415v three-phase supply, the 30 kW motor draws a rated current of 59 Amps at 50Hz.

The motor is a 4-pole dry-type induction motor operating at a synchronous speed of 1500 min?¹. Activation is controlled through a Star-Delta starting configuration to manage the electrical load during the initial power application. The pump features a shrouded two-channel impeller which enables an 80 mm solids passage for handling wastewater containing suspended solids.

Structural hardware consists of a Gray Cast Iron JIS FC250 pump casing and a 420 stainless steel shaft. This model is supplied as a free-standing unit with a cast iron stand. A guide rail fitting version is available under model code TO250BZ430, allowing the pump to be connected to or disconnected from the discharge piping by lowering or hoisting the unit.

    FEATURES

    • Miniature thermal protectors embedded in each winding which signal the control panel to shut off power if excessive heat builds up.
    • Watertight cable entry with an anti-wicking block protects the motor housing from water incursion due to capillary action.
    • Permanently lubricated deep-groove double-shielded C3 ball bearings supporting the 420 stainless steel shaft for continuous duty.
    • Shrouded two-channel impeller with a maximum solids passage of 80 mm.
    • Double-face mechanical seals with Silicon Carbide faces isolated in an oil chamber.
    • Tsurumi Oil Lifter forcibly supplies lubricating oil to the mechanical seal even if lubricant volume falls below the rated level.
    • Integrated pressure relief port designed to protect the mechanical seal by drawing abrasive particles away from the faces.
    • Secondary lip seal used as a dust seal to protect the primary sealing system from fine sand and abrasive particles.
