Configured for high head wastewater transfer and municipal sewage stations, this model manages untreated sewage carrying solid matters. It is designed for continuous-duty operation during complete submersion in liquids up to 40°C.
Hydraulic output is driven by a 30 kW three-phase motor drawing a rated current of 59 Amps on a 415v supply at 50Hz. The pump achieves a maximum total head of 29.0 m and delivers a maximum flow rate of 10000 L/Min.
The motor is a 4-pole dry-type induction motor operating at a synchronous speed of 1500 min?¹. A Star-Delta starting configuration is integrated to manage electrical load during activation. The hydraulic assembly features a shrouded two-channel impeller which facilitates a 76.2 mm solids passage.
Structural components include a Gray Cast Iron JIS FC250 pump casing and a 420 stainless steel motor shaft. This SKU is configured as a free-standing unit with a cast iron stand. A guide rail fitting version is available under model code TO250BZ430H, allowing the pump to be connected to or disconnected from the discharge piping by lowering or hoisting the unit.

- Silicon Carbide mechanical seal faces isolated in an oil chamber.
- Tsurumi Oil Lifter forcibly supplies lubricating oil to the mechanical seal even if lubricant volume falls below the rated level.
- Integrated pressure relief port protects the mechanical seal by drawing abrasive particles away from the faces.
- IP68 degree of protection for functional reliability during continuous submerged duty in demanding municipal sewage environments.
