Developed for storm water, raw sewage, and municipal effluents, this submersible unit is designed for complete submersion and continuous-duty operation in collection sumps. The configuration is intended for liquids within a 0 to 40°C temperature range, managing water carrying solid matters.
Driven by a three-phase motor operating on a 415v supply, the unit reaches a maximum flow rate of 15000 L/Min and a maximum total head of 31.0 m. It draws a rated current of 87 Amps at 50Hz.
The dry-type induction motor features a 4-pole design and maintains a synchronous speed of 1500 min?¹. Electrical activation is facilitated by an integrated Star-Delta starting method to manage the power application. The hydraulic design utilizes a shrouded two-channel impeller enabling an 80 mm solids passage.
Standard installation for this 45 kW model is a free-standing configuration with a cast iron stand. A guide rail fitting version is available under model code TO250BZ445, allowing the pump to be connected to or disconnected from the discharge piping by lowering or hoisting the unit.

- Permanently lubricated deep-groove double-shielded C3 ball bearings supporting the vertical rotating assembly for continuous duty.
- Miniature thermal protectors embedded in each motor winding which signal the control panel to shut off power if excessive heat builds up.
- Watertight cable entry with an anti-wicking block protects the motor from water incursion due to capillary action.
- Pressure relief port protects the mechanical seal against excessive pressure by drawing abrasive particles away from the faces.
- Shrouded two-channel impeller with a maximum solids passage of 80 mm.
- Double-face mechanical seals with Silicon Carbide faces isolated in an oil chamber.
- Tsurumi Oil Lifter forcibly supplies lubricating oil to the mechanical seal even if lubricant falls below the rated volume.
