    Pairs well with

Developed for municipal wastewater and heavy-duty industrial applications, this high-head unit manages raw sewage and effluents containing substantial suspended matter. It is designed for environments where complete submersion and continuous-duty operation are required. The pump is optimized for liquids within a 0 to 40°C temperature range.

Operating at 45 kW on a 415v three-phase supply, the unit draws a rated current of 87 Amps at 50Hz. The pump delivers a maximum flow rate of 10000 L/Min and generates a maximum total head of 41.5 m.

The unit features a 4-pole dry-type induction motor that achieves a synchronous speed of 1500 min?¹ for its operating cycles. An integrated Star-Delta starting method manages electrical behavior during activation. The hydraulic assembly includes a shrouded two-channel impeller designed to facilitate a 76.2 mm solids passage.

Mechanical hardware consists of a Gray Cast Iron JIS FC250 pump casing and a 420 stainless steel motor shaft. Standard supply is a free-standing configuration with a base stand. A guide rail fitting version is available under model code TO250BZ445H, allowing the pump to be connected to or disconnected from the discharge piping by lowering or hoisting the unit.

    FEATURES

    • Shrouded two-channel impeller with a maximum solids passage of 76.2 mm.
    • Silicon Carbide mechanical seal faces isolated in an oil chamber where both faces run in a clean environment.
    • Tsurumi Oil Lifter forcibly supplies lubricating oil to the mechanical seal even if lubricant falls below the rated volume.
    • Pressure relief port protects the mechanical seal from excessive pressure and draws abrasive grit away from the sealing environment.
    • Miniature thermal protectors embedded in each motor winding which signal the control panel to shut off power if excessive heat builds up.
    • Watertight cable entry with an anti-wicking block to stop moisture migration caused by capillary action in the leads.
    • Permanently lubricated deep-groove double-shielded C3 ball bearings support the rotating assembly during continuous operation.
