Built to handle raw sewage and untreated industrial wastewater, this unit manages heavy concentrations of suspended solid matters. It is suitable for applications where the pump is subject to complete submersion. The construction facilitates the movement of waste through the 250mm discharge bore.
Performance specifications include a maximum total head of 34.5 m and a maximum flow rate of 15000 L/Min at 50Hz. The 55 kW three-phase motor draws a rated current of 110 Amps on a 415v power supply.
The unit features a 4-pole dry-type induction motor operating at a synchronous speed of 1500 min?¹ with an integrated Star-Delta starting method. Mechanical assembly utilizes a Gray Cast Iron JIS FC250 pump casing and 420 stainless steel motor shaft. Equipped with a water jacket around the motor frame, this unit allows a portion of the pumped liquid to flow through the water jacket to cool the motor.
This model is supplied as a free-standing unit with a cast iron stand. A guide rail fitting version is available under model code TO250BZ455, allowing the pump to be connected to or disconnected from the discharge piping by lowering or hoisting the unit.

- Upper permanently lubricated deep-groove double-shielded C3 ball bearing.
- Shrouded two-channel impeller with a maximum solids passage of 90 mm.
- Double-face mechanical seals with Silicon Carbide faces isolated in an oil chamber.
- Tsurumi Oil Lifter forcibly supplies lubricating oil to the mechanical seal and continues supplying oil even if lubricant falls below the rated volume.
- Miniature thermal protectors embedded in each winding which signal the control panel to shut off power if excessive heat builds up.
- Watertight cable entry with an anti-wicking block prevents moisture migration through damaged power leads.
