Built for industrial effluent and municipal sewage applications, this high-head submersible pump manages untreated wastewater carrying solid matters. It is designed for environments where complete submersion and continuous-duty service are required. The unit is optimized for liquids with temperatures ranging from 0 to 40°C.
The unit features a 4-pole dry-type induction motor at a synchronous speed of 1500 min?¹ with a Star-Delta starting method for activation. Hydraulic performance is driven by a 55 kW three-phase motor drawing a rated current of 110 Amps on a 415v supply. The pump achieves a maximum total head of 46.5 m and delivers a maximum flow rate of 10000 L/Min.
Equipped with a water jacket around the motor frame, the model allows a portion of the pumped liquid to flow through the water jacket to cool the motor during operation. This cooling configuration is designed for continuous-duty operation in demanding industrial sites and processing facilities. Mechanical construction features a Gray Cast Iron JIS FC250 pump casing and 420 stainless steel shafting.
This model is supplied as a free-standing unit with a cast iron stand. A guide rail fitting version is available under model code TO250BZ455H, allowing the pump to be connected to or disconnected from the discharge piping by lowering or hoisting the unit.

- Upper permanently lubricated deep-groove double-shielded C3 ball bearing.
- Shrouded two-channel impeller with a maximum solids passage of 76.2 mm.
- Double-face Silicon Carbide mechanical seals isolated in an oil chamber.
- Tsurumi Oil Lifter forcibly supplies lubricating oil to the mechanical seal even if lubricant volume falls below the rated level.
- Miniature thermal protectors embedded in each winding which signal the control panel to shut off power if excessive heat builds up.
- Watertight cable entry with an anti-wicking block protects internal motor components from water incursion.
