This high-head pump is engineered for applications where the unit is subject to complete submersion. The design focus is on providing continuous-duty operation in liquids from 0 to 40°C that carry substantial suspended solid matter.
Performance specifications reach a maximum total head of 57.5 m and a maximum flow rate of 9500 L/Min at 50Hz. This model operates at 75 kW on a 415v three-phase supply, drawing a rated current of 144 Amps.
A water jacket is equipped around the motor frame, allowing a portion of the pumped liquid to flow through the water jacket to cool the motor during continuous operation. The pump utilizes a 4-pole dry-type induction motor that reaches a synchronous speed of 1500 min?¹. Electrical activation is managed by a Star-Delta starting method.
Mechanical construction utilizes Gray Cast Iron JIS FC250 for the pump casing and 420 stainless steel for the motor shaft. Standard supply is a free-standing unit with a cast iron stand. A guide rail fitting version is available under model code TO250BZ475H, allowing the pump to be connected to or disconnected from the discharge piping by lowering or hoisting the unit.

- Watertight cable entry with an anti-wicking block prevents moisture migration through damaged power leads.
