    Pairs well with

Intended for raw sewage, wastewater, and heavy-duty industrial applications, this model is built for continuous submerged operation. It manages liquids containing substantial solid matter in a temperature range of 0 to 40°C. The pump is suitable for municipal sewage stations where consistent service is required under complete submersion.

Hydraulic performance is provided by a 22 kW three-phase motor operating on a 415v supply at 50Hz. The unit draws a rated current of 47 Amps while delivering a maximum flow rate of 13000 L/Min and reaching a maximum total head of 17.0 m. These operating parameters are derived directly from the manufacturer's performance specifications for the 250mm discharge bore configuration.

The unit utilizes a 6-pole dry-type induction motor that maintains a synchronous speed of 1000 min?¹. To manage the motor during activation, an integrated Star-Delta starting method is employed. The hydraulic assembly includes a shrouded two-channel impeller designed to facilitate a 90 mm solids passage, ensuring functional fluid movement in heavy-duty wastewater environments.

A Gray Cast Iron JIS FC250 casing combined with a 420 stainless steel shaft provides the primary structural components of the pump. This model is supplied as a free-standing unit with a cast iron stand. A guide rail fitting version is available under model code TO250BZ622, allowing the pump to be connected to or disconnected from the discharge piping by lowering or hoisting the unit.

    FEATURES

    • Shrouded two-channel impeller with a maximum solids passage of 90 mm.
    • Double-face Silicon Carbide mechanical seals isolated in an oil chamber where both faces run in a clean environment.
    • Tsurumi Oil Lifter forcibly supplies lubricating oil to the mechanical seal and continues supplying oil even if lubricant falls below the rated volume.
    • Miniature thermal protectors embedded in each winding which signal the control panel to shut off power if excessive heat builds up.
    • Pressure relief port protects the mechanical seal against excessive pressure and draws abrasive particles away from the seal faces.
    • Watertight cable entry featuring an anti-wicking block to prevent moisture migration caused by capillary action in damaged leads.
    • Vertical rotating assembly supported by permanently lubricated deep-groove double-shielded C3 ball bearings.
    • IP68 degree of protection for functional reliability during continuous-duty operation in fully submerged industrial environments.
