    Pairs well with

Suitable for municipal collection sumps and high-head sewage transfer, this model manages untreated wastewater carrying substantial solid matters. It provides a solution for environments requiring complete submersion and continuous-duty service. The design manages untreated sewage in liquid temperatures between 0 and 40°C.

Hydraulic performance reaches a maximum total head of 23 m and delivers a maximum flow rate of 14000 L/Min. Drawing a rated current of 59 Amps on a 415V three-phase supply, the 30 kW motor provides the hydraulic output for 300 mm discharge bore systems. Motor activation is managed by a Star-Delta starting configuration.

The unit features a 4-pole dry-type induction motor at a synchronous speed of 1500 min?¹. It utilizes a shrouded two-channel impeller for solid-handling design, which facilitates an 80 mm solids passage size at 50Hz. This hydraulic assembly ensures the movement of untreated sewage containing substantial solid matters.

Structural hardware consists of a Gray Cast Iron JIS FC250 pump casing and a high-durability 420 stainless steel motor shaft. This model is supplied as a free-standing unit with a base stand. A guide rail fitting version is available under model code TO300BZ430H, allowing easy maintenance and inspection without entering the sump.

    FEATURES

    • Shrouded two-channel impeller for solid-handling design, dynamically balanced.
    • Maximum solids passage of 80 mm for non-clogging wastewater movement.
    • Double-face mechanical seals with Silicon Carbide faces isolated in an oil chamber.
    • Tsurumi Oil Lifter forcibly supplies lubricating oil to the mechanical seal and continues supplying oil even when the lubricant level falls below the rated volume.
    • Pressure relief port protects the mechanical seal against excessive pressure and draws abrasive particles away from the seal faces.
    • Miniature thermal protectors embedded in motor windings signal the control panel to shut off power if excessive heat builds up.
    • Watertight cable entry with an anti-wicking block protects the motor housing from moisture infiltration.
    • IP68 degree of protection for functional reliability during continuous-duty operation in fully submerged industrial environments.
