Tsurumi 300BZ437H Cast Iron High Head Submersible Sewage Pump for Wastewater with Two-Channel Impeller

Industrial effluents and high-head wastewater transfer are the intended applications for this submersible unit. It operates effectively in deep processing tanks where the pump is subject to complete submersion and continuous-duty operation. The configuration manages liquids with temperatures between 0 and 40°C carrying substantial suspended solids.

Performance specifications reach a maximum total head of 28 m and a maximum flow rate of 15000 L/Min at 50Hz. Powered by a 37 kW three-phase motor drawing a rated current of 72 Amps on a 415V supply, the pump provides the hydraulic output for 300 mm discharge bores. Electrical activation is managed by an integrated Star-Delta starting method.

The unit features a 4-pole dry-type induction motor with a synchronous speed of 1500 min?¹. A shrouded two-channel impeller for solid-handling design is utilized in the hydraulic assembly, facilitating an 80 mm solids passage size. This configuration manages untreated sewage containing suspended solids of over 3 inches.

Mechanical design utilizes a Gray Cast Iron JIS FC250 pump casing and 420 stainless steel motor shaft. Standard model is free-standing with an integrated cast iron stand. A guide rail fitting version is available under model code TO300BZ437H, which identifies the variant suitable for remote hoisting and inspection without entering the pit.
