Intended for municipal sewage stations and raw wastewater handling, this high-head submersible pump manages untreated effluents carrying significant suspended solids. It operates in environments requiring complete submersion and continuous-duty operation in deep processing sumps. The unit manages liquids between 0 and 40°C carrying substantial solid matters.
Operating characteristics include a maximum total head of 34.5 m and a maximum flow rate of 15000 L/Min at 50Hz. Drawing a rated current of 110 Amps on a 415V three-phase supply, the 55 kW motor provides the hydraulic output for 300 mm discharge bore systems. Motor activation is managed by the Star-Delta starting method.
A portion of the pumped liquid flows through a water jacket around the motor frame to cool the motor during operation. The unit features a 4-pole dry-type induction motor with a synchronous speed of 1500 min?¹ and a shrouded two-channel impeller for solid-handling design. This hydraulic assembly facilitates a maximum solids passage of 90 mm.
Construction features a Gray Cast Iron JIS FC250 pump casing and 420 stainless steel motor shaft. Standard supply is a free-standing unit with a cast iron stand. A guide rail fitting version is available under model code TO300BZ455H, which connects the pump to and from the piping easily by lowering or hoisting the pump.

- Watertight cable entry featuring a molded anti-wicking block to stop water incursion due to capillary action.
