This flagship submersible model is intended for high capacity municipal sewage networks and industrial wastewater. It is designed for deep collection sumps where complete submersion and continuous-duty operation are required. The unit manages liquids with temperatures ranging from 0 to 40°C carrying substantial suspended matters.
Rated performance includes a maximum total head of 35 m and a maximum flow rate of 18000 L/Min at 50Hz. Drawing a rated current of 144 Amps on a 415V three-phase supply, the motor provides the hydraulic output for 300 mm discharge bore systems. Motor activation is managed by a Star-Delta starting configuration.
The unit utilizes a 4-pole dry-type induction motor at a synchronous speed of 1500 min?¹. A water jacket is equipped around the motor frame where a portion of the pumped liquid flows to cool the motor during operation. The hydraulic design features a shrouded two-channel impeller for solid-handling design, facilitating a 90 mm solids passage.
Structural construction consists of a Gray Cast Iron JIS FC250 pump body and 420 stainless steel shafting. Primary supply for this model is free-standing with an integrated cast iron stand. A guide rail fitting version is available under model code TO300BZ475, allowing easy maintenance and inspection without the need to enter the sump.

- Watertight cable entry featuring a molded anti-wicking block to stop water incursion due to capillary action.
