Hydraulic performance reaches a maximum total head of 41.5 m and a maximum flow rate of 15000 L/Min. This 75 kW model draws a rated current of 144 Amps on a 415V three-phase supply at 50Hz. Motor activation is managed by an integrated Star-Delta starting method to control the electrical behavior during activation.
The unit utilizes a 4-pole dry-type induction motor at a synchronous speed of 1500 min?¹. A water jacket is equipped around the motor frame where a portion of the pumped liquid cools the motor during continuous operation. A shrouded two-channel impeller for solid-handling design is incorporated, enabling a 90 mm solids passage.
Structural hardware consists of a Gray Cast Iron JIS FC250 pump body and 420 stainless steel shafting. Standard model is free-standing with an integrated base stand. A guide rail fitting version is available under model code TO300BZ475H, allowing easy maintenance and inspection without entering the collection pit.
