The construction maintains continuous-duty operation in liquid temperatures ranging from 0 to 40°C.
Hydraulic output for this 22 kW model is defined by a performance curve indicating a maximum total head of 13.2 m and a maximum flow rate of 16000 L/Min. Operating on a 415V supply at 50Hz, the motor draws a rated current of 47 Amps. These parameters establish the hydraulic characteristics for its 300 mm discharge bore configuration.
Mechanical delivery is provided by a 6-pole dry-type induction motor with a synchronous speed of 1000 min?¹. Electrical activation is managed by the Star-Delta starting method. The hydraulic assembly features a shrouded two-channel impeller for solid-handling design, which allows for a maximum solids passage of 90 mm.
Structural construction utilizes a Gray Cast Iron JIS FC250 pump casing and a 420 stainless steel motor shaft. Standard installation for this model is a free-standing configuration with an integrated cast iron stand. A guide rail fitting version is available under model code TO300BZ622.

- Miniature thermal protectors embedded in each motor winding signal the control panel to shut off power if excessive heat builds up.
- Watertight cable entry with an anti-wicking block prevents water incursion due to capillary action should the power cable be damaged.
- Vertical rotating assembly supported by permanently lubricated deep-groove double-shielded C3 ball bearings.
