    Pairs well with

Raw sewage transfer, industrial effluents, and high-head wastewater handling are the main applications for this submersible model. It is engineered for environments requiring continuous-duty operation under conditions of complete submersion. The configuration manages solid matters in liquid temperatures ranging from 0 to 40°C.

Operating characteristics for this 22 kW unit include a maximum total head of 17 m and a maximum flow rate of 13000 L/Min. Drawing a rated current of 47 Amps on a 415V three-phase supply, the pump provides the hydraulic output for its 300 mm discharge bore configuration. Electrical activation is managed by an integrated Star-Delta starting method.

A 6-pole dry-type induction motor provides hydraulic delivery at a synchronous speed of 1000 min?¹. The hydraulic design utilizes a shrouded two-channel impeller for solid-handling design, facilitating a 90 mm solids passage. This configuration is specifically designed for 300 mm discharge bores requiring high-head vertical fluid movement.

Construction features a Gray Cast Iron JIS FC250 pump casing and 420 stainless steel motor shaft. Standard supply is a free-standing unit with a cast iron base stand. A guide rail fitting version is available under model code TO300BZ622H, allowing the pump to be connected to or disconnected from the piping easily.

    FEATURES

    • Shrouded two-channel impeller for solid-handling design, dynamically balanced.
    • Maximum solids passage of 90 mm for moving debris through the discharge bore.
    • Double-face mechanical seal located in oil chamber where both upper and lower seal faces run in a clean environment.
    • Tsurumi Oil Lifter forcibly supplies lubricating oil to the mechanical seal even if lubricant falls below the rated volume.
    • Integrated pressure relief port protects the mechanical seal against excessive pressure and draws abrasive grit away.
    • Miniature thermal protectors embedded in each motor winding signal the control panel to shut off power if excessive heat builds up.
    • Watertight cable entry with an anti-wicking block prevents moisture migration through damaged power leads.
    • Permanently lubricated deep-groove double-shielded C3 ball bearings support the vertical rotating shaft.
