Handling untreated wastewater and municipal sewage is the primary function of this submersible unit designed for heavy-duty industrial stations. It provides a solution for environments requiring complete submersion and continuous-duty service. The configuration is intended for liquids between 0 and 40°C containing substantial solid matters.

Operating at 30 kW on a 415V three-phase supply, the motor draws a rated current of 64 Amps at 50Hz. Hydraulic performance reaches a maximum total head of 15.2 m and a maximum flow rate of 17000 L/Min. These specifications define the hydraulic delivery for 300 mm discharge systems.

The unit features a 6-pole dry-type induction motor with a synchronous speed of 1000 min?¹. Activation is controlled through a Star-Delta starting configuration to manage the electrical load during activation. A shrouded two-channel impeller for solid-handling design is utilized, enabling a maximum solids passage of 90 mm.

Mechanical hardware consists of a Gray Cast Iron JIS FC250 pump body and 420 stainless steel shafting. Standard supply is a free-standing configuration with a base stand. A guide rail fitting version is available under model code TO300BZ630, allowing the pump to be connected to or disconnected from the piping by lowering or hoisting the unit.

    FEATURES

    • Shrouded two-channel impeller for solid-handling design, dynamically balanced.
    • 90 mm solids passage for wastewater carrying suspended solids.
    • Double-face mechanical seal located in oil chamber where both upper and lower seal faces run in a clean environment.
    • Tsurumi Oil Lifter forcibly supplies lubricating oil to the mechanical seal and continues to supply the oil even if lubricant falls below the rated volume.
    • Integrated pressure relief port protects the mechanical seal against excessive pressure and draws abrasive particles away from the faces.
    • Miniature thermal protectors embedded in motor windings signal the control panel to shut off power if excessive heat builds up.
    • Watertight cable entry with an anti-wicking block protects the motor housing from moisture infiltration.
    • IP68 degree of protection for functional reliability in fully submerged industrial and municipal environments.
