It is built for environments where the pump remains submerged during continuous-duty operation. The unit handles liquids carrying solid matters in a temperature range between 0 and 40°C.
The performance curve indicates a maximum total head of 23 m and a maximum flow rate of 18000 L/Min. This 45 kW model operates on a 415V three-phase supply at 50Hz with a rated current of 95 Amps. Electrical control of the motor is managed by an integrated Star-Delta starting configuration.
The unit utilizes a 6-pole dry-type induction motor operating at a synchronous speed of 1000 min?¹. A portion of the pumped liquid flows through an integrated water jacket around the motor frame to cool the motor during service. The shrouded two-channel impeller for solid-handling design facilitates a maximum solids passage of 90 mm.
Structural hardware consists of a Gray Cast Iron JIS FC250 pump body and 420 stainless steel motor shaft. Standard supply is a free-standing configuration with a base stand. A guide rail fitting version is available under model code TO300BZ645, which connects the pump to the piping easily just by lowering or hoisting the pump.

- Miniature thermal protectors embedded in windings which signal the control panel to shut off power if excessive heat builds up.
