    Pairs well with

Suitable for municipal sewage stations and industrial wastewater, this high-output pump manages untreated effluents and raw sewage carrying substantial solid matters. The unit is optimized for deep collection sumps requiring continuous-duty service under complete submersion. It manages liquids with temperatures between 0 and 40°C carrying problematic suspended solids.

Maximum hydraulic output reaches a total head of 26 m and a maximum flow rate of 18000 L/Min. Operating on a 415V three-phase supply, the 55 kW motor draws a rated current of 110 Amps at 50Hz. These performance specifications provide the hydraulic delivery for 300 mm discharge bore networks.

A 6-pole dry-type induction motor provides power to the hydraulic assembly with a synchronous speed of 1000 min?¹. A water jacket around the motor frame allows a portion of the pumped liquid to cool the motor during continuous operation. The hydraulic configuration features a shrouded two-channel impeller for solid-handling design with a 90 mm solids passage.

Mechanical assembly utilizes a Gray Cast Iron JIS FC250 pump body and high-durability 420 stainless steel shaft. Standard installation for this SKU is free-standing. A guide rail fitting version is available under model code TO300BZ655, allowing the pump to be connected or disconnected from the piping easily.

    FEATURES

    • Equipped with a water jacket around the motor frame where a portion of the pumped liquid cools the motor during operation.
    • Shrouded two-channel impeller for solid-handling design, dynamically balanced.
    • 90 mm solids passage for moving raw sewage and water carrying solid matters.
    • Upper permanently lubricated deep-groove double-shielded C3 ball bearing ensures motor shaft stability.
    • Lower duplex angular contact ball bearing mounted back-to-back for mechanical stability.
    • Double-face mechanical seal located in oil chamber where both faces run in a clean lubricating environment.
    • Tsurumi Oil Lifter forcibly supplies lubricating oil to the mechanical seal even when the lubricant level falls below the rated volume.
    • Watertight cable entry featuring an anti-wicking block prevents moisture migration through damaged power leads.
