    Pairs well with

Flood mitigation and the largest municipal sewage networks requiring vertical lift are the primary service areas for this model. It is designed for deep-well sumps where the pump is subject to complete submersion while handling raw sewage carrying significant suspended solids. The configuration manages liquids from 0 to 40°C requiring continuous-duty service.

Hydraulic performance reaches a maximum total head of 35 m and a maximum flow rate of 18000 L/Min at 50Hz. Drawing a rated current of 144 Amps on a 415V supply, the 75 kW three-phase motor provides the hydraulic output for 350 mm discharge bores. Motor activation is managed by an integrated Star-Delta starting configuration during activation.

The unit utilizes a 4-pole dry-type induction motor at a synchronous speed of 1500 min?¹. A portion of the pumped liquid flows through a water jacket around the motor frame to cool the motor during operation. The hydraulic design features a shrouded two-channel impeller for solid-handling design enabling a 90 mm solids passage.

Structural hardware consists of a Gray Cast Iron JIS FC250 pump casing and 420 stainless steel motor shaft. Standard supply is a free-standing unit with an integrated base stand. A guide rail fitting version is available under model code TO350BZ475H, allowing easy maintenance and inspection without entering the collection sump.

    FEATURES

    • Integrated water jacket around the motor frame where a portion of the pumped liquid cools the motor during continuous duty.
    • Shrouded two-channel impeller for solid-handling design, dynamically balanced.
    • 90 mm solids passage for moving suspended solid matters.
    • Double-face Silicon Carbide mechanical seals isolated in an oil chamber where both faces run in a clean environment.
    • Tsurumi Oil Lifter forcibly supplies lubricating oil to the mechanical seal and continues to supply the oil to the upper seal faces even if lubricant levels are low.
    • Upper permanently lubricated deep-groove double-shielded C3 ball bearing for motor shaft stability.
    • Lower duplex angular contact ball bearing mounted back-to-back to manage high mechanical loads.
    • Watertight cable entry featuring a molded anti-wicking block to stop water incursion due to capillary action.
