Suitable for stormwater pumping, municipal drainage, and large-scale industrial wastewater, this high-head model manages raw sewage containing solid matters. It is intended for complete submersion and continuous-duty service in large-scale municipal facilities. The construction handles effluents in liquid temperatures ranging from 0 to 40°C.

Rated performance reaches a maximum total head of 13 m and a maximum flow rate of 16000 L/Min at 50Hz. Powered by a 22 kW three-phase motor drawing a rated current of 47 Amps on a 415V supply, the pump provides the hydraulic output for 350 mm discharge bores. Electrical activation is managed by the Star-Delta starting method.

Mechanical delivery is provided by a 6-pole dry-type induction motor with a synchronous speed of 1000 min?¹. A shrouded two-channel impeller for solid-handling design is utilized, facilitating a maximum solids passage of 90 mm. This hydraulic configuration is specifically designed for 350 mm discharge systems requiring vertical fluid movement.

Structural components consist of a Gray Cast Iron JIS FC250 pump casing and 420 stainless steel motor shaft. Standard supply for this SKU is free-standing with an integrated base stand. A guide rail fitting version is available under model code TO350BZ622H, which allows the pump to be connected or disconnected easily by hoisting or lowering the unit.

    FEATURES

    • Shrouded two-channel impeller for solid-handling design, dynamically balanced.
    • Maximum solids passage of 90 mm for sewage and water carrying solid matters.
    • Double-face mechanical seal located in oil chamber where both upper and lower seal faces run in a clean environment.
    • Tsurumi Oil Lifter forcibly supplies lubricating oil to the mechanical seal even if lubricant falls below the rated volume.
    • Integrated pressure relief port protects the mechanical seal against excessive pressure and draws abrasive grit away.
    • Miniature thermal protectors embedded in each winding of the motor signal the control panel to shut off power if excessive heat builds up.
    • Watertight cable entry featuring a molded anti-wicking block to stop moisture from migrating into the motor housing.
    • IP68 degree of protection for functional reliability in fully submerged industrial and municipal environments.
