Municipal sewage treatment and high-head wastewater transfer are the primary service areas for this submersible unit. It is built for environments requiring continuous-duty operation during complete submersion in large collection sumps. The unit handles raw sewage and industrial wastewater containing substantial solid matters in temperatures from 0 to 40°C.

Operating characteristics include a maximum total head of 16 m and a maximum flow rate of 17000 L/Min. Drawing a rated current of 64 Amps on a 415V three-phase supply, the 30 kW motor provides the hydraulic output for 350 mm discharge bore systems. Motor activation is managed by the Star-Delta starting method.

The motor is a 6-pole dry-type induction motor operating at a synchronous speed of 1000 min?¹. It utilizes a shrouded two-channel impeller for solid-handling design, facilitating a 90 mm solids passage. This hydraulic assembly ensures the movement of wastewater carrying suspended solid matters through the discharge bore.

Structural components include a Gray Cast Iron JIS FC250 pump casing and 420 stainless steel motor shaft. Standard installation for this model is free-standing with an integrated cast iron stand. A guide rail fitting version is available under model code TO350BZ630H, allowing easy maintenance and inspection without the need to enter the sump.

    FEATURES

    • Shrouded two-channel impeller for solid-handling design, dynamically balanced.
    • 90 mm solids passage for moving debris through the discharge bore.
    • Double-face mechanical seal located in oil chamber where both upper and lower seal faces run in a clean environment.
    • Tsurumi Oil Lifter forcibly supplies lubricating oil to the mechanical seal and continues to supply the oil even when the lubricant level falls below the rated volume.
    • Pressure relief port protects the mechanical seal against excessive pressure and draws abrasive particles away from the faces.
    • Miniature thermal protectors embedded in windings signal the control panel to shut off power if excessive heat builds up.
    • Watertight cable entry with an anti-wicking block prevents moisture migration through damaged power leads.
    • High-durability Gray Cast Iron JIS FC250 pump casing ensures structural rigidity in industrial environments.
