Tsurumi 350BZ637H Cast Iron High Head Submersible Sewage Pump for Municipal Wastewater with Two-Channel Impeller

Untreated effluents and municipal sewage stations are the intended media handled by this heavy-duty submersible pump. It operates effectively in deep sumps where the pump is subject to complete submersion in liquid temperatures between 0 and 40°C. The design focuses on providing reliable continuous-duty service in large-scale wastewater treatment plants.

The performance curve for this 37 kW model indicates a maximum total head of 20 m and a maximum flow rate of 18000 L/Min. Drawing a rated current of 79 Amps on a 415V three-phase supply, the motor provides the hydraulic output for its 350 mm discharge bore. Activation is managed by an integrated Star-Delta starting method.

Operating at a synchronous speed of 1000 min?¹, the 6-pole dry-type induction motor provides power to the hydraulic assembly. A shrouded two-channel impeller for solid-handling design is utilized, enabling a 90 mm solids passage size at 50Hz. This design ensures functional fluid movement through the large-bore discharge piping.

Mechanical hardware consists of a Gray Cast Iron JIS FC250 pump casing and 420 stainless steel shafting for long-term submerged stability. Standard supply is a free-standing unit with a cast iron stand.
