It is designed for deep processing tanks where the pump is subject to complete submersion and requires continuous-duty operation. The configuration handles raw sewage and storm water in liquid temperatures between 0 and 40°C carrying substantial solid matters.
Operating characteristics include a maximum total head of 26 m and a maximum flow rate of 18000 L/Min. Drawing a rated current of 110 Amps on a 415V three-phase supply, the 55 kW motor provides the hydraulic output for 350 mm discharge bores. Electrical control is managed by a Star-Delta starting configuration.
The unit features a 6-pole dry-type induction motor with a synchronous speed of 1000 min?¹. An integrated water jacket surrounds the motor frame where a portion of the pumped liquid flows into the jacket to cool the motor. A shrouded two-channel impeller for solid-handling design is utilized, facilitating a 90 mm solids passage size.
Structural construction consists of a Gray Cast Iron JIS FC250 pump casing and high-durability 420 stainless steel shaft. Standard installation for this SKU is free-standing. A guide rail fitting version is available under model code TO350BZ655H, allowing the pump to be connected or disconnected easily by hoisting the unit.
