The Tsurumi 40PN2.25S is a portable semi-vortex pump designed for handling wastewater and liquid carrying small solid matters. This model is suitable for draining wastewater from residences, hotels, and restaurants, as well as rainwater pumping from basements.
Delivering reliable hydraulic performance, this single-phase pump operates at 240 V with a 0.25 kW motor. It achieves a maximum flow rate of 200 L/Min and reaches a maximum head of 9 m, with a rated current of 2.5 Amps.
Constructed with a 304 stainless steel shaft and resin casing, the pump features a vortex impeller designed with a high-gap structure made of glass-fiber reinforced PPO. It utilizes dual inside mechanical seals located in the oil chamber with silicon carbide faces to ensure long service life.
For optimal installation and operation, the unit supports a liquid temperature of up to maximum 40°C and provides excellent solids passage of 10 mm. It is equipped with a 40 mm outlet and features permanently lubricated deep-groove C3 ball bearings.
