Designed for pumping raw sewage, wastewater, and liquids carrying solid matter, this manual submersible vortex pump provides a reliable solution for domestic and light commercial drainage duties. Its combination of 304 stainless steel and engineering resin ensures excellent corrosion resistance in aggressive wastewater environments. The vortex mechanism delivers practically unchokable operation when handling liquids with suspended solids.

Operating with a 0.15 kW / 415v three-phase motor, the unit achieves a peak flow of approximately 190 L/Min and reaches a maximum head of approximately 5.2 m. The 2-pole dry-type induction motor is rated for continuous duty and utilizes a Direct on Line (D.O.L.) starting method. This configuration maintains stable hydraulic performance for wastewater transfer.

The hydraulic core features a recessed vortex impeller manufactured from glass-fiber reinforced PPO, creating a whirlpool effect that keeps debris away from the impeller vanes and facilitates the passage of solids up to 35 mm. Such a design is essential for handling liquids with high suspended matter concentrations without risking mechanical failure or clogging. The impeller configuration minimizes direct contact between suspended particles and the hydraulic components, significantly reducing erosive wear.

Construction utilizes a robust combination of engineering resin and 304 stainless steel, supported by a 316 stainless steel shaft for superior corrosion resistance. Motor protection is provided by a miniature thermal protector that interrupts the circuit during heat buildup. A double-face mechanical seal located in an oil chamber with an integrated Oil Lifter ensures the shaft remains watertight during intensive duty cycles.

    FEATURES

    • Manufactured from high-grade 304 stainless steel and resin to ensure outstanding corrosion resistance in wastewater and sewage.
    • Vortex impeller manufactured from glass-fiber reinforced PPO allows for a practically unchokable 35 mm solids passage.
    • Double-face mechanical seal operating in an oil chamber provides superior protection against liquid ingress.
    • Patented Oil Lifter technology supplies lubricating oil to the mechanical seal even if the oil volume falls to low levels.
    • Watertight cable entry with an anti-wicking block prevents moisture from entering the motor through capillary action in damaged cables.
    • Miniature thermal protector is embedded in the motor winding to cut the circuit during thermal overload.
    • Liquid paraffin is used as the lubricant, making the pump suitable for applications where liquid contamination is undesirable.
    • Compact frame with a 40 mm discharge allows for installation in restricted sumps.
