Handling raw sewage and wastewater containing suspended particles requires a pumping system with high chemical resistance and mechanical strength. This manual submersible vortex pump serves as a technical solution for sewage pumping in residential and light industrial sumps where debris-laden liquids are common. Its corrosion-resistant construction ensures long-term service in environments that would degrade conventional iron pumps.

Powered by a 0.25 kW / 415v three-phase motor, the system manages a maximum flow capacity of approximately 210 L/Min and reaches a peak head of approximately 6.6 m. The induction motor is continuous-duty rated and utilizes a 2-pole configuration for efficient liquid transfer. The Direct on Line starting method ensures immediate activation and stable discharge performance.

The hydraulic behavior is dictated by a vortex impeller that creates a centrifugal flow path, allowing 35 mm solids to bypass the main impeller vanes. This recessed configuration minimizes direct mechanical contact between suspended particles and the hydraulic parts, ensuring the pump remains unchokable even when managing high concentrations of site debris or organic matter. The whirlpool effect significantly reduces erosive wear during intensive operation.

Structural integrity is maintained through a resin and 304 stainless steel body, with a 304 stainless steel shaft for enhanced chemical compatibility. Sealing integrity is provided by a double-face mechanical seal located in an oil chamber featuring a proprietary Oil Lifter. Protection is reinforced by an anti-wicking cable entry block and a circle thermal protector that safeguards the motor from thermal and electrical overload.
