This automatic submersible vortex pump features automatic level control for unattended operation, making it effective for sewage pumping where manual oversight is not feasible. Operating with a 0.15 kW / 415v three-phase motor, the unit achieves a peak flow of approximately 190 L/Min and a maximum head of approximately 5.2 m. The automatic functionality provides start and stop based on liquid level. This 2-pole dry-type induction motor is continuous-duty rated and utilizes a Direct on Line (D.O.L.) starting method for stable performance.

The hydraulic core features a recessed vortex impeller manufactured from glass-fiber reinforced PPO, creating a whirlpool effect that keeps debris away from the impeller vanes and facilitates the passage of solids up to 35 mm. This configuration is essential for handling liquids with suspended matter in automated drainage cycles. The impeller design minimizes mechanical wear and reduces the risk of clogging during unattended operation.

Construction utilizes a combination of resin and 304 stainless steel, supported by a double-face mechanical seal located in an oil chamber and a patented Oil Lifter for continuous lubrication. Structural components are protected by an internal thermal protector and an anti-wicking cable entry that shields the motor from moisture. The use of non-toxic liquid paraffin as a lubricant makes the pump suitable for applications where liquid contamination is undesirable.
