Automating sump drainage and managing raw sewage in residential environments requires a pumping solution that combines integrated level control with high chemical resistance. This automatic submersible vortex pump is configured with automatic operation for hands-free sewage pumping where unattended service is required. Its corrosion-resistant frame ensures long-term integrity in environments that would degrade conventional iron pumps.

Powered by a 0.25 kW / 415v three-phase motor, the system manages a maximum flow capacity of approximately 210 L/Min and reaches a peak head of approximately 6.6 m. The automatic control circuitry provides start and stop based on liquid level, while the Direct on Line starting method ensures immediate response to rising water levels. The induction motor is continuous-duty rated, providing stable discharge pressure for light industrial and domestic sumps.

The hydraulic behavior is dictated by a vortex impeller that creates a centrifugal flow path, allowing 35 mm solids to bypass the vanes. This recessed configuration significantly reduces erosive wear by minimizing mechanical contact between suspended particles and the hydraulic components. The whirlpool effect ensures the pump remains unchokable even when managing high concentrations of site debris in automated cycles.

Mechanical integrity is supported by a 304 stainless steel and resin body, with a 304 stainless steel shaft for enhanced chemical compatibility. Sealing is provided by a double-face mechanical seal located in an oil chamber featuring a proprietary Oil Lifter. Protection is reinforced by a circle thermal protector and an anti-wicking cable entry block that safeguards the motor from moisture and thermal overload.
