    Pairs well with

Suitable for seawater pumping, brewery drainage, pickle factory effluent and aquaculture applications, this automatic submersible pump combines corrosion-resistant construction with automatic operation for unattended pumping. The 304/316 stainless steel construction is specifically engineered to survive salt-water and corrosive liquid environments. The compact design allows for installation in restricted sumps where space is limited.

Powered by a 0.25 kW / 240v single-phase capacitor-run motor, the system delivers a maximum head of approximately 7 m and a peak flow capacity of approximately 200 L/Min through a 40 mm discharge. The unit is designed for continuous duty and the top-discharge configuration allows the pumped media to dissipate heat as it flows around the motor housing.

The recessed vortex impeller allows solids up to 6 mm to pass while reducing direct contact between suspended particles and the impeller. The flow-thru design permits operation at low water levels, making the unit suitable for demanding drainage cycles. The compact body allows for installation in narrow locations, including pipes as small as 8 inches in diameter.

Sealing is provided by dual silicon carbide mechanical seals operating in an oil chamber with Tsurumi's Oil Lifter. A thermal protector and anti-wicking cable entry safeguard the motor, while non-toxic liquid paraffin allows use where liquid contamination is undesirable. Structural integrity is maintained through the use of 304/316 stainless steel wetted parts.

    FEATURES

    • Automatic operation with level control for unattended pumping duties.
    • 304/316 stainless steel and special resin construction offer excellent corrosion and rust resistance in seawater sumps.
    • Vortex impeller enables the passage of solids up to 6 mm without clogging.
    • Single-phase 240v capacitor-run motor is designed for easy installation in standard residential or marine power grids.
    • Original Oil Lifter technology keeps the mechanical seal faces lubricated and cooled, even when oil levels are low.
    • Flow-thru discharge design ensures the motor is cooled by the liquid, allowing for operation in shallow water.
    • Dual-face silicon carbide mechanical seals provide protection against abrasion and chemical erosion.
    • Integrated anti-wicking block at the cable entry prevents water from entering the motor through the conductor strands.
