Seawater transfer and coastal drainage require a pumping solution that resists rapid oxidation. Engineered for marine water handling, this pump is designed specifically for seawater and corrosive liquid management, providing a durable solution for coastal environments. Its titanium construction ensures long-term structural integrity where standard materials would succumb to chemical attack.

Performance reaches up to 240 L/Min with a maximum head of 9 m, driven by a 0.25 kW / 415v three-phase motor. The unit utilizes a Direct on Line starting method and is rated for continuous duty. This configuration ensures stable hydraulic performance for commercial seawater drainage across diverse coastal sites.

The semi-vortex impeller manufactured from glass-fiber reinforced technopolymer enables 10 mm solids passage while minimizing mechanical contact between debris and the impeller. The design significantly reduces erosive wear during continuous operation. The semi-vortex behavior ensures stable hydraulic efficiency while preventing obstruction during intensive seawater transfer duties.

The shaft and sealing system feature high-grade titanium and engineering resin for principal wetted parts, supported by a titanium shaft for superior chemical resistance. Sealing integrity is provided by a double-face mechanical seal isolated in an oil chamber featuring a proprietary Oil Lifter. Reliability is further enhanced through a circle thermal protector built into the motor housing and an anti-wicking cable entry block.

    FEATURES

    • Titanium and resin wetted parts offer excellent corrosion resistance against aggressive seawater.
    • Semi-vortex impeller design enables 10 mm solids passage while reducing mechanical contact and wear.
    • High-grade titanium shaft provides exceptional chemical compatibility for long-term service in coastal sumps.
    • Double-face mechanical seal in an oil chamber ensures high sealing reliability against seawater ingress.
    • Tsurumi's Oil Lifter forcibly supplies oil to the seal faces even if the lubricant volume falls to low levels.
    • Circle thermal protector built into the motor housing interrupts the circuit during thermal or electrical overload.
    • Liquid paraffin lubrication ensures the unit is non-toxic and suitable for aquaculture applications.
    • Threaded oval flange discharge facilitates rapid installation in standard commercial drainage pipes.
