Sump drainage and wastewater disposal require compact, economical pumping solutions in residential and light commercial settings. This manually operated pump is used for transferring wastewater from domestic sumps, light industrial pits, and commercial properties. It processes effluent carrying soft solid matters, suspended solids, and organic wastes.
Powered by a compact 0.25 kW Three-phase motor, the unit runs on a 415 V electrical supply. The motor draws a rated current of 1.3 Amps and operates with direct-on-line starting. It achieves a maximum head of 6.5 m and a maximum flow of 229.8 L/Min, providing reliable performance for low-head drainage applications.
A semi-vortex impeller, constructed from glass-fiber reinforced PPO, is paired with a low-height volute casing. This configuration provides a 35mm solids passage, which is significantly wider than standard drainage pumps in this output class. The impeller generates a vortex flow that passes solids through the casing with minimal direct contact.
The pump body is made of durable cast iron, housing a 403 stainless steel shaft and C3 ball bearings. The double-face mechanical seal operates in an oil chamber with ceramic upper and silicon carbide lower faces. An auto-cut circle thermal protector in the motor housing protects the windings from overheating.
