    Pairs well with

Specially constructed for raw sewage and effluent transfer; this submersible grinder pump excels in municipal and commercial wastewater networks. Its integrated grinding mechanism pulverizes large solids to allow seamless flow through narrow-bore pipelines without causing blockage. The pump is designed for pressurized sewerage systems; campsite effluent disposal; and communal wastewater drainage.

The motor runs on a 415 V three-phase power source and is rated at 2.2 kW; drawing a nominal running current of 5.0 Amps. It achieves a maximum head of approximately 25 m and delivers a maximum capacity of approximately 324 L/Min based on the manufacturer's official 50Hz curve. Direct on line starting ensures reliable power transmission during continuous operation.

Its internal design features a vortex impeller developed with a high-gap structure to eliminate clogging and maintain structural balance. The shaft sealing system comprises a double mechanical seal housed in an oil chamber to isolate faces from abrasive medium. This setup is paired with ceramic-to-carbon upper seal faces and silicon carbide-to-silicon carbide lower seal faces.

Motor durability is maintained by an integrated circle thermal protector that directly opens the electrical circuit on overcurrent or overheat detection. A heavy-duty 6m PVC power cable with an anti-wicking molded entry block prevents water migration down the conductor strands. Sump maintenance is simplified by using the optional TOS50MG22.2 guide rail fitting system.

    FEATURES

    • Heavy-duty high-chromium cast iron grinding mechanism designed to reduce solid waste before discharge.
    • Dual mechanical seals with silicon carbide faces operating inside an isolated oil reservoir for long seal life.
    • Water-tight cable entry incorporating a molded rubber anti-wicking block that stops capillary moisture ingress.
    • Deep-groove; double-shielded C3 ball bearings lubricated for an reliablely long structural operating life.
    • High-grade 420 stainless steel motor shaft for optimal torsional strength under variable load profiles.
    • Continuous-duty dry-type induction motor rated under IP68 protection class with high thermal heat dissipation.
    • Standard JIS 10kg/cm2 threaded flange connection with a 50 mm discharge outlet for robust piping integration.
